We are a local, physical therapist-owned, small business based in San Luis Obispo County founded by Tyrone and Julie McSorley. With 30 years of experience and thousands of hours of treatment and lecture experience, we treat all aspects of injuries including but not limited to: sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation and gait training and muscle reeducation.
Our Approach
Our signature approach developed secondary to investigating alternative methods to physical therapy without exacerbating your pain. We acknowledge that a lot of the testing and treatment processes could be aggravating if you're already in pain, so we implement a philosophy of "keeping things smooth and comfortable". We request that patients agree to keep things "all comfortable, all the time" to progress range of motion, strength, and function virtually pain-less. Our approach has yielded success and gratitude amongst numerous clients that have come through ASPIRE's doors. We look forward to collaborating with you!
